SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All items are usually shipped within 24 hours. In most cases if ordered before 11am we will ship it same day. This applies to work days only!

Most of our smaller lightweight items are sent by RoyalMail Tracked 24. This is typically a 24 hour service. Usually items will arrive next working day.

Our larger more heavier items are sent by ParcelForce or FedEx. These are both again typically 24 hour services meaning you should recieve your items on the next working day.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our returns policy is strict. Any items returned to us MUST be in original packaging suitable for re-sale untouched. Un-attempted to be fitted. Buyer must bear postage cost of return and also the cost of our postage to originally send your part to you.

If you believe the item is damaged we will advise you on which shipping method to take and if your item results in being damaged from any part of our own we will reimburse any return costs occurred.

If you can clearly see the item is damaged you should sign as damaged on delivery, take photos and contact us immediately.
